Lamb Liver Pate

Ingredients

2 TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP lard
500 g lamb liver
2 yellow onions
3 garlic cloves
50 ml dry white wine
120 g butter
1 TSP sugar
Spring of thyme
1 bay leaf
½ TSP dry basil
Freshly ground nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook the bulgur wheat following the package instructions. Once cooked, rinse it under cold water.
