Bananen l\u00e4ngs halbieren und in etwas Butter kurz anbraten. Die Hitze dabei moderat halten, damit Butter und Bananen nicht verbrennen. Sobald die Bananen sch\u00f6n karamellisiert sind, die Pfanne vom Herd nehmen und beiseitestellen.<br><br><strong>Himbeeren erw\u00e4rmen<\/strong><br>Die Himbeeren vorsichtig in der Mikrowelle oder in einem kleinen Topf auf dem Herd leicht erw\u00e4rmen, nur bis sie warm sind.<br><br><strong>Oat-Basis vorbereiten<\/strong><br>Haferflocken und Leinsamen zu einem groben Mehl mahlen.<br><br><strong>Oatmeal kochen<\/strong><br>Das Hafermehl mit der Pflanzenmilch verr\u00fchren, dann Salz und Zimt hinzuf\u00fcgen. Bei mittlerer Hitze unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren aufkochen und ca. 5 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis eine dicke, cremige Konsistenz entsteht.<br><br><strong>Anrichten &amp; servieren<\/strong><br>Das Oatmeal auf zwei Schalen verteilen und mit den karamellisierten Bananen toppen. Himbeeren, Pistazien und Hanfsamen daraufgeben und mit Honig betr\u00e4ufeln.
